My goal is to help those who have experienced addiction, trauma, PTSD, as well as other mental health challenges to create positive changes.
Using a tailored approach, focusing on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Brainspotting techniques. I work with my clients to help them navigate emotional patterns, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
